Schulate are the advisors high in a Kaul. Sometimes they are self-chosen, but usually they are elected by Walebern, as well as held accountable by the Walebern administrators. The Schulate appoints and guides the Jake, but are directly answerable to the Jake. Schulates also write laws voted on by the Walebern into the Gera.
