Biriellen are a class within the Kaul organizations that are the skill masters. The Biriellen are usually what gives a Kaul its identity. Usually when Biriellen get too old, they generally retire and run for Walebern office. They are assisted by Hukong, and usually draw apprentices from Hukong.
