Apantelyana

Category: Plant | Years: 0 – 0

Crawling Leaf. Vine. Fast spreading planty vine that can cover nearly any surface. Very thin with large and colorful leaves. Grows over wood, but seems to prefer growing on stoney surfaces. Long lasting and resilient. Popular ivy-like building cover. Has tiny black berries inedible to anyting except a few strange species of creatures. Grows very quickly. In one season can spread roughly a thousand square feet. Once it covers a surface and cannot spread more, the clustered community of plants (a community can be made up of millions) senses its limits, and settles in, shifting its metabolism from a spreading mode to a more sede, survival and living mode. Has been known to spread on the bottoms of shoes. In larger cities there are entire professions dedicated to keeping the city's Apantelyana under control. Deserted cities with stone walls, buildings, and roads are completely overtaken with it.
