Monkeyvine. Vine. Large woody vine, with large blue berries. Spreads through tall trees and varies with regularly alternating thicknesses, which make it easy to grasp and climb. Bunches up, and monkeys eat the leaves and berries, then tear it down as they use it. That destroys the old vines and keeps the rampant growth in check. Excessive monkey hunting has caused entire jungles to be overrun with Agrub.
